You do not have to be a team member to participate, but you MUST feature an EtsyNJ member on your blog.
How to add your blog to the blog hop:
1) Go to your blog, write about your favorite EtsyNJ shop and add the text from the first paragraph from this blog post.
2) Click on the link that says "Want to be a part of this Blog Hop? Click here for instructions and code..." and copy and paste the code from the yellow box into your blog post. (Note that you will not see the blog hop box when you click preview, but it will be there once you publish)
3) Publish your blog.
4) Click on the link under the MckLinky box that says Click here to enter your link in this Blog Hop and add your blog name and the link to your blog post, not to your blog (when looking at your blog, click on the title of the blog post, this will give the direct link to your Team Tuesday post). Now your blog link will be included in the code that is on all of the participants's blogs - people that added it before you and people that will add it after you.

Team Tuesday Blog Hop!
Welcome to the EtsyNJ Team Tuesday blog hop! This is our very first edition. Here's how it works - write a feature about any EtsyNJ team member on your blog (as long or as short as you'd like it to be) and then add the blog hop code at the end of this post and check out all of the other great features - get to know the EtsyNJ street team!!
